It’s hard to find a good repair shop that you can trust, you never know if a mechanic is telling you the truth. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I trust Five Star. I have found Five Star very reasonable and I prefer taking my company car to Five Star versus the dealer because I trust their work. They always give me straight forward answers. I usually bring my car in on the weekday and time is a necessity. They get right to it and I can always count on them.

I’ve been brining my car to Five Star for 7 years. I tried other car washes in Roseville, Citrus Heights, even Sacramento, but none of the other car washes compared to Five Star. I always keep my cars nice. I spent 26 years in the Marine Corp and I learned how important it is to represent yourself well and keeping your car clean is part of that. I’ve had my car for 18 months and it looks brand new, thanks to Five Star! I also use their repair services. It’s hard to find people that are really honest in the car repair business so I take my cars to Five Star for oil changes, getting a clutch fixed, or anything else. I don’t even take it to the dealership anymore. Walter and Trey are good, honest people.

Five Star Auto Care always does a great job on my cars! Because it's a true hand car wash - as in they have people who actually wash the car by hand - they get places other car washes miss. And it typically takes less time than other full service washes. Their auto repair center is honest and prioritizes my repairs so I know what has to be done and what I should watch for. We take all 5 of our cars to Five Star. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
